Peter Obi Urges Nigerians: Do Not Let Criminals Dictate Your Lives

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has responded to the abduction of several school girls from the Federal University, Gusau.

According to a report by NewsNow, bandits suspected to be gunmen kidnapped an unspecified number of students from the Federal University of Gusau in the early hours of Friday.

The terrorists targeted the Sabon-Gida community in the Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara State, where many university students resided.

In light of this incident, Obi called on Nigerians to stand firm against criminals and bandits who seek to dictate the rules governing their lives.

He wrote, “As a nation, we must resist any attempt to allow criminals to determine the rules by which we live as a community. We cannot permit bandits and criminals to destroy our country.”

Obi emphasized that ensuring security is a top priority in his vision of a New Nigeria, firmly asserting his belief that a safe and secure Nigeria is indeed attainable.
