The statement read, “His Excellency Peter Obi will address a World Press Conference scheduled for 2 pm today at Campaign Headquarters.”
This media conference will be Obi’s first since his loss at the Supreme Court.
This announcement comes one week after Yunusa Tanko, Obi’s campaign spokesman, dismissed rumors that Obi had gone into hiding after the court’s judgment.
Tanko stated that the LP candidate had traveled abroad long before receiving the court notice.
Tanko also hinted that Obi would address Nigerians upon his return to the country.
