I know this man called Chief Dan Ulasi, from a village called Ndimgbu, in Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State. Even the tarred road that passed his backyard to join Osumenyi – Ezinifite in Nnewi South was done during Obi's time. Everything he'd are verifiable lies.
