Peter Obi celebrates Atiku at 77, hailing him as “elder brother, leader”

Describing former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as his elder brother and leader, Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general election, extended his felicitations on Atiku’s 77th birthday.

Commending Atiku, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the election, for his numerous contributions to the socio-political and economic development of Nigeria and specifically for his unique role in strengthening the nation’s democracy, Obi shared his thoughts in a post titled: “Your Excellency, My Very dear Respected Elder Brother and leader, Alhaji @atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa, I rejoice with you as you mark your 77th birthday today.”

In his message, Obi lauded Atiku’s positive impact on the nation’s economic growth through his various business establishments that not only create jobs but also contribute to the overall national productivity. Furthermore, he highlighted Atiku’s role in the growth of education and human resource development in the country through his investment in educational institutions across all levels. Obi also noted Atiku’s efforts in pulling people out of poverty by creating job opportunities through his business ventures.

He concluded by expressing his wish for God to grant Atiku more wisdom to continue contributing to the progress of the nation and to bless him with many healthy and fruitful years ahead.
