Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential contender in the 2023 general election, has landed in Cote d’Ivoire to support the Super Eagles in Friday’s quarterfinal encounter against Angola in the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Valentine Ozigbo, the Labour Party’s leader, announced this in a social media post on Friday afternoon.
He said :
“Just arrived in Côte d’Ivoire with HE @PeterObi to support our soaring Super Eagles to victory in the Quarterfinals of AFCON 2023. Quite a pleasant lunch at Sofitel Abidjan.
