Peter Obi, Alex Otti, others celebrate Pastor Ezekwesili at 70 – Global Patriot Newspapers

Dignitaries, from across Nigeria and beyond, came together, Saturday, to celebrate Pastor Chinedu Ezekwesili, the Senior Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), The Everlasting Arms Parish (TEAP), Abuja, as he turned 70.

Those in attendance included Mr. Peter Obi, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 general election, the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti and the Minister of Works, Engineer David Umahi.

Encomiums were showered on Pastor Chinedu Ezekwesili with Mr. Peter Obi capturing the essence of the day in a post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle thus: “Today in Abuja, I joined well-wishers to celebrate and rejoice with my dear elder brother, Pastor Chinedu Ezekwesili, on reaching the remarkable milestone of 70 years. Pastor Chinedu Ezekwesili is the beloved husband of Dr Oby Ezekwesili @obyezeks, anti-corruption crusader and Madam Due Process, who also served the nation as Minister of Solid Minerals, and Minister of Education.

“Pastor Ezekwesili’s unwavering passion for the advancement of humanity has not only strengthened his resolve to do what is right but has also made him a guiding light to many, especially in our world today where selflessness has become a scarce commodity.

“As a Pastor, his faith and dedication shine through every word he utters and action he takes. He has remained a source of strength and inspiration to many who have come across him.
