The Director of Defence Media Operations, Maj. Gen. Edward Buba has confirmed the killing of an Army Lieutenant and four officers also injured in an ambush by terrorists along the Buratai-Buni Gari road in Borno State.
Maj.-Gen. Edward Buba, in a statement, mentioned that troops reinforcement “pursued the terrorist to their hideout within the Timbuktu Triangle and killed six of them, during a firefight.
