LP accuses the Supreme Court of failing to deliver judgement regarding Obi vs. Tinubu case

The Labour Party (LP), the supporting political party of the presidential candidate Peter Obi, has alleged that the Supreme Court did not perform its duties by not delivering a certified true copy of the apex court’s judgement.

According to LP, the Supreme Court did not deliver a judgement on the Obi vs Tinubu case, defining the act as embarrassing and depressing.

“The LP finds it very embarrassing and depressing that the Supreme Court would, after hearing the appeal by our party, refuse to deliver any judgement and also fail to avail our party of any copy of whatever it considers to be its decision.
