Very good interview that covered all the important questions. Details with calculations were however not provided giving the impression that all is well. I therefore present the following figures calculated using some of the parameters provided: With only 26 Testing Centres, 8 working hours per day, and 10 minutes testing time per car, the daily testing capacity is about 1,248 cars, for all the testing Centres. This contrasts sharply with a daily testing requirement of about 11,900 tests if we assume there are 3 million cars in Lagos. The capacity is simply not available for now. The compliance of 10% of vehicles tested approximates the testing capacity currently available which is in fact impressive. I suggest more work should be done to address the shortfall in capacity by establishing many more centres and stretching the working hours.

This is a good initiative poorly executed, I had to there by 3am for me to be attended to by 4pm ie 13 hours.

You can pass your rd worthiness anywhere in Nigeria. Provided it is valid period. Is not a must to pass it in Lagos.

Mumu vehicle inspection officer without a vivid knowledge of data and he came on air, I guess by his name he's related to Raji Fashola that why he's a mumu vehicle inspection officer whom act like area boys or hoodlums on lagos roads , this people are just interested in making money for themselves and peanut for the state
