Majority leader of the Lagos state house of Assembly, Noheem Adams has described representation as the most appropriate way to give back to the society that made him.
Noheem Adams stated this at the Conferment of Chieftaincy Title on him as Otunba of Ogombo Kingdom in Eti-Osa local government by the traditional rulerof Ogombo Muslim Ogunbo.
The traditional ruler who spoke during his first-year anniversary on the throne says the chieftaincy title is a call to service.
