The Court didn’t say that BVAS was inadmissible. What Court said was that in order to establish a clear case of over-voting at the poll, a complainant must tender the records of the BVAS, the IREV, and the Voters List.

In other words, neither the records of the BVAS nor the IREV nor the Voters List alone would be sufficient to prove such complaint.

To all of you rejoicing. This judgement just laid the framework for Tinubu's victory in whatever court he is charged. Oyetola was sacrificed for Tinubu. It must have dawned on both Obi and Atiku by now. The pertinent question we should be asking is why then did we spend billions on BVAS if at the end its report is declared inadmissible by the supreme Court. Keep rejoicing and insulting TVC. Don't learn to think for yourselves.

Oga I respect you a lot . Go and study the Judgement before rushing to make a subtle case for Tinubu. The Supreme Court said , Form Ec8 , Bvas IREV are all needed to determine a free and fair voting process. TVC is pro APC

Its very unfortunate hearing BKO talking like this today. I have to go back to check all his comment after the tribunal judgement that time. The truth is that you over judged and over-reacted to the issues you didnt have full information for. You should have tread with caution in your comment that time instead of you taken side. Its a lesson for BKO not to be over-reacted with matters like this until final judgement.

The argument of the court was bevas cannot prove over voting because it doesn't transmit the information of accredited voters that information only written on the form ec8a by the polling officer so oyetolas case was that of overvoting please these journalist should read the judgement well and stop cherry picking what suits them shame

The truth be told BKO, I also thought Oyetola was going to win, but the facts that Supreme court has listed i think i belive what they say Oyetola counsel would have done their assignment very well. Oyetola should accept it now and come back very strong again

It’s the voters register that helped Adeleke in Osun not BVAS or IREV. BVAS actually proved over voting in Ede but both the Appeal court and Supreme Court posited that the voters register is the basis to use as determination of whether there is over voting in polling units. They did not use the technology of BVAS or IREV as a basis at all.

The election in osun is a misery for APC journalists. Jide was talking about Oyetola's performance in Osun when he won at the tribunal. If Aregbesola, Tinubu, Fashola et al where in Osun for Oyetola, APC will lost that election. Aregbe find is way around 8 years with a lot of propangada. He turn Osun to indebted state, destroy civil service, economy in the state was not booming at all. All the roads he promised to do during his 2nd term was not done. Oyetola came through rigging and think he will do another 4 years again. 12years of APC in Osun was bakwardness to the people of the state. Majority of things people outside Osun heard about Aregbesola was false, it was just propaganda.

The annoying part is Nigerians are always forgetful. I know Oyetola's cousin will want to bring him back since he will become jagaban of Nigeria few days from now. But I hope Osun people will not forget 12years of disastrous leadership.

Oyetola shot himself in the leg by ignoring the pleas of the loyalists of Aregbesola to settle the rift between them and his glaring insensitivity and arrogance about the plight of pensioners and workers in Osun State.
