November 22, (THEWILL) – Collins Enebeli Ajereh, father of renowned Nigerian record producer and music executive, Michael Collins Ajereh, known professionally as Don Jazzy, has disclosed that he is not pushing his 40-year-old son to marriage.
He mentioned that Don Jazzy was previously married, but he and his estranged wife mutually chose to part ways.
In a recent TVC interview, Collins reiterated that he won’t pressure Don Jazzy into remarriage, emphasising that the choice to marry is a personal decision.
He said, “He [Don Jazzy] was married. But they [he and his ex-wife] decided to end their marriage.”
When questioned about Don Jazzy remarrying, Ajereh responded, “Well, that is his choice. The question of marriage is individual choice. Some people choose marriage and some don’t and yet have relationships that might blossom into what makes their lives complete.”
He also expressed that he doesn’t believe Don Jazzy’s choice to remain single is influenced by the nature of his profession.
