The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has begun judgment in the petition by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP).
The party is challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the last presidential election.
A member of the five-member panel, Justice Abba Mohammed is reading the lead judgment but first dealing with some preliminary motions, challenging the competence of some aspects of the petition.
