If you have no plan for public sewage, you are still primitive. There should be public sewage system, public water, electricity and Internet. You must build proper drainage system too. If all these are not in my plan, you are wasting your time calling people from abroad to come and invest! You guys don't understand what borehole and private sewage is doing to the environment; if you do, you will start planning properly. There should be public tv cables in all houses and rooms to keep up with the technology. You dont want build a house and pricate antenna hanging everywhere. There should be public satellite tv for everyone one. You need to build public library, sports places, standard health centres and primary/ secondary school in the estate as well. Take my advice and run with it. If you do, you will attract interest all over the world . Good luck.
