CLUELESSNESS! There’s an international airport in Enugu less than an hour or two away, and one of the most backward states with an educationally-disadvantaged population is building a useless airport and shopping mall. SMH

The truth is, international air liners don't recognize any other airport in Nigeria except Lagos and Abuja.

And if this project is not complete before the end of his tenure, it will eventually be abandoned by an incoming government.

Instead, boost the food production and build processing industries with that money, that will employ both farmers and graduates alike.

We should stop calling local airport international airport because these are local airport in other countries.

Governor Dave Umah is the only person with vision among the south east governors. He use the state limited resources judiciously to transformed the state. I hope Abia and Imo learn from him.

Airport will be well utilise owing to investment on ground. The Abakaliki International Market will be best in Nigeria and among the best in West Africa. So there will be direct flights from there to China, India and even Dubai.

I like this man but am angry with because he is not advising the order governor of South East as chairman he is
