I have been watching your channel for a while, I enjoy your content. Look , buy some of that land and farm it. You can,t go wrong. Even set up chicken husbandry or goat, bro you can't go wrong. I am saying this because as a surgeon here in the US , i did the same. Bought large expanse of land in Rivers State for little compared to my income and now have chicken and goat husbandry plus employing 35 youths and my next project after doing my research is to plant Vanilla, a major cash crop for export and i can fund it for it to be at it's best quality. Like I said I am a spine surgeon here in the US and life is good but can increase wealth as well as creating jobs with cash crops and will do it thoroughly and one day will be competing with Madagascar which is the number 1 producer of vanilla. It is a vision just my life as a doctor has been a vision and I intend to see it through. Thanks for all your vlogs, very educative and God bless.
