The main problem of the community is likely to be cassava based toxicity. It is not spiritual.
The first thing to do is to improve diet with beans and vegetables. It is very sad with much knowledge! Very sad!

Enugu state has been consistently backwards and neglected. We used to get helps from there and they always required a lot of treatment and deworming. Thereโs a problem of dirty infected water lead poisoning and other ailments. Dig a borehole

I moved to Africa from America to assist families in need and I doit all alone. This is real serious. Iโm literally watching these people die! Lord help your people im trying my best but it seems as if no one else is willing to help๐ข I know what itโs like Iโve given my all Iโve experienced malaria and typhoid to a point I almost died and had no healthcare here and funds got low! Itโs been a year and I still suffer from dealing with malaria and typhoid but I wonโt give up on these families! Pray for me๐๐พ๐
