EU delegations and international organizations should leave Otti and Abia state alone.
They have been in Nigeria all these years. Bulgarian embassy has been in Nigeria these while, is it now they know there are opportunities for development of agriculture in Abia state. The answer is no. The secret you must know is that all nations, especially Western nations, have primary objective to push their interests. They are not "Father Christmas." The next we will hear is to the offer of loans which are usually with stringent conditions and ridiculous interest rate. You need to know that these Western countries are part of Nigerian and African problems. They recognize and supported corrupt political practices and politicians continuation in Nigeria. Not only that, they have continued to be mute to the continued Nigerian government killing of Igbos (Biafrans) in their land.
Take note that before you know it, they would come up with unprofitable economic advices to Otti. They would also begin to offer loans that would cripple Abia state economy. I fact they are the ones that offer bribe to those around Otti in order to convince the governor and his team to accept those incriminating loans. Most of African economic predicaments emanated from suicidal loans. Western world NEVER want the progress and development of Africa. Let no one be deceived by the EU. We can manage ourselves and our economy without them. The problem we have is corruption which is encouraged by them to keep Africa in perpetual poverty.
Governor Dr Otti should be lelf alone to do what his conscience and his God enables him to do as governor of Abia state.
