However, I'm not convinced yet that he wants to build Enugu state nor do I agree with how he's going about it. Building a smart city first wouldn't help. I saw residential areas with little commercial or industrial presence in the video. This brings up the question; is it the same people of Enugu state who most need to first be gainfully employed and earn a good income to pay for these expensive homes and apartments? He, like Alex Otti, should focus on bringing jobs to the state first so the people can prosper hence they can then start thinking of living in a smart city. Abi the smart city na free?
