The Ebonyi State Governor Engineer David Umahi has raised alarm over information of suspected fake election observers in the state.
Addressing Newsmen in Abakaliki the state capital after security meeting with heads of security agencies, the governor said arrangements have been put in place by the security agencies for aerial surveillance during Saturday’s election.
