Doyin Okupe dumps Labour Party due to ideological differences

Okupe says the political ideology of the Labour Party contradicts his political leaning, saying he has been a liberal Democrat all his life.

Dr Doyin Okupe, the former Director General of Peter Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Organisation, has dumped the Labour Party citing ideological conflict as a reason for leaving the party.
