The Police in Kebbi state have arrested two suspected motorcycle thieves and sealed a commercial Guest house, for harbouring criminal elements in Birnin Kebbi.
The arrest came in the wake of intelligence report received by security agencies on the activities of criminals lodged at the Guest inn.
