Supreme Court has affirmed the Governor-elect of Osun state Ademola Adeleke as the authentic governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the State.
A 5-member Panel of the Apex court had dismissed the appeal filed by Dotun Babayemi challenging the candidacy of senator Adeleke.
Counsel to the AppellantAdebayo Adelodun, withdrew the appeal after the panel led by Justice Amina Augie, drew his attention to the fact that the case was statute barred.
