  1. Nigeria is heading to a very dangerous situation where politicians will be winning elections only through the judiciary especially the supreme Court. That was how someone that came 4th in Imo State with no ticket from the party as ruled by a court subsisting and he eventually came first. The judiciary now adds and removes votes or manufactures votes….Very soon supreme Court will no longer be supreme. How will someone pick tickets for both senatorial and Presidential seats and lose one and win one…Abracadabra

  2. The country where injustice prevail and a shameful, corrupt, clueless and disgrace Apc party were bunch of criminals, corrupt people.. how could a rule been setup by electoral law that a candidate could only run for one primary election at a time but in the case of Apc criminal party allowed their criminal group to participated in two different election. Very shameful party and the Buhari administration is full of corrupt people and thieves.

  3. Shame on APC. I feel bad for Machina because he no body to fight for him. How can somebody participate in two primaries, presidential and senatorial? God is watching APC politicians. Please vote wisely for labour party.

  4. In point of Law, there is no such thing as 'Placeholder'
Politicians have made this up and are using it as a 'technicality'

If Yobe State APC chapter are unable to conduct primaries but in this case it did and it was monitored by INEC as opposed to the 2nd party election conducted by the NWC of the APC which imposed the candidate of its choosing, Sen Ahmad Lawan, who actually didn't participate in the primary elections of his party.

The ruling APC party and the Nation's Supreme Court are in cahoot with each other!
Politicians in this country don't understand how to conduct political affairs and the Judiciary are totally compromised and involved in skulduggery…

This country is a rogue State!

Everything that is happening in this country is 'By Design' to hurt the masses and make them become more submissive, subservient and keep the people impoverished and ignorant!

  5. Well with Yobe Northern Senatorial District, if you cannot defend your actions and you claimed you didnโ€™t know that Place Holding means Place Holding.
Then It would be too easy for people to break laws, and claim ignorance.
Bashia Mashina has been fighting a losing battle from a tight angle….
    My Take……..

  6. In clear terms the Court is saying that Lawal was on two separate ballots at the same time: What if he had won the Presidential primary election, would he have abandoned it?

  7. the ppl against the soul of Nigeria are not faceless. the ppl who want to drag nigerians down are ppl like this man called Hassan. but i wonder what profits a man to gain the whole world and then lose is soul to greedy?
