@Sabicook This current Governor seems to be Soludo type, He says many things and end up doing few.

First of all, infrastructure attracts investment and then the desired population will follow. I actually felt that Nigerians should have requested the extension of former Governor David Umahi's tenure as governor. He was performing so well and it may never be replicated by any other public office holder ever again.

Good work, we're moving higher gradually.
But the pedestrian bridge is too narrow to my own view from here.
They would've expanded a little bit up to 2400mm(2.4m) wide.

The infrastructure is important because you don't have to wait for a place to be populated before development and on having patient on the new governor well that is for those who are waiting on him, for me I wasn't expecting anything from him because somebody does not give what he/she does not have.
