  1. This is my comment, I can't believe that Igbos are busy developing bushes all over Nigeria, A whole Anambra capital the home of business is still have undeveloped properties.
    What a shame.
All Igbos importers in Lagos, I am challenging all of you to come back home and start making use of the empty lands to build warehouses for your safety and your future generations.
Stop risking your life in Yoruba and Hausa land were your life, your properties and businesses are not safe.
I hope the management that's in charge of this development should make it affordable to the public and give preferential treatment to the Awka indigenes.
That's the right thing to do let them not bring Igbo sence there.

  2. Thank you for your videos and narration. I was born and raised abroad but have visited Nigeria a couple of times and of course have been in Onitsha and Awka. Each time I would come and visit I would be disappointed b/c of the state of things. I was looking with the eyes and expectations from someone abroad b/c I expected more. Each time I would visit the East, it appeared as if it was stuck in 1970, no lie. Both of my parents are from Anambra so to see this makes me feel hopeful for the state and for Igboland. I heard you say that the company will build houses for sale. I will definitely pass this information along and by God’s grace, purchase a home as well. I watched your Onitsha video and enjoyed it. 3. What a pack of nonsense. See how bush is covering up the construction site and South East deserted.
The people (e.g periwinkle condo estate and landmark) that should be building on the site and in the East are in Lagos building estates while some are in Lagos crying due to their house is been demolished.

  4. It's a good Initiative to do something like this but first i don't know why they call it Millennium City without thinking about the old one, people on wheel chairs will find it difficault to pass on this pedesline way.

  5. For faster development they should make the prize of Land affordable, may be the Gorvernment or the developer can provide the type of structures needed there.
In Lagos they make prize of Land affordable that everyone can buy and develop very fast.
I know if this place is sheep by now every where will be construction site
