Nigerian minister and governor are such a shame, how can you commission a road for human beings in the 21st century without a proper layout, I mean, dont we have architecture who did the designs? We are more concerned about results. At least a road should have clear ,reflective visible road markings, the drain systems with covers, pathways for pedestrians, street lights, waste bin for a friendly environment, lay bays, bus stops, and so on. Commissioning a road shouldn't be a big deal, but the right of the people.SMH
