Abia State Governor Alex Otti has debunked allegations that he is using public fund to sponsor the litigation of his party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, against President Bola Tinubu’s electoral victory.

The governor also debunked claims of using taxpayers’ money or his personal money to fund the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Some groups made the allegations against the governor in two viral interviews.

The governor, who reacted in Umuahia on Tuesday through his Senior Special Adviser on Media, Ferdinand Ekeoma, called on Tinubu, the Chief of Army Staff, the National Security Adviser and the Inspector General of Police to conduct investigation into the allegations levelled against him by the said groups.

Meanwhile, Abia State Election Petition Tribunal is set to deliver judgement on October 6.
