Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigeria’s president has been confirmed to watch Sunday’s AFCON final between the Super Eagles and the Elephants of Cote D’Ivoire at the Alassane Quattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan.
Confederation of African Football president, Dr. Patrice Motsepe, disclosed this on Friday while speaking at a press conference after meeting with CAF Member Associations’ Presidents ahead of the AFCON final.
Motsepe made this known while replying a journalist who asked him when Africa could host the FIFA World Cup again after South Africa did for the first time in 2010, Tinubu will be in Abidjan on Sunday.
