Today marked the successful completion and handover of our ‘Adopt-A-School’ initiative at Aramoko District Secondary School in Ekiti State. This transformative project is set to benefit 1,473 students, 99 teachers immensely and over 70,000 community members.
We have achieved remarkable milestones, including the refurbishment of classrooms; the creation of a state-of-the-art computer lab equipped with over 32 new computers, and 70 workstations; enhancements to the school’s sanitation facilities; the addition of a mini-library brimming with books; and the cultivation of 50 trees to address climate change, encourage biodiversity, and enhance the quality of the air.
In addition, we have constructed a new block comprising 12 modern restrooms, and have installed an overhead water tank along with a contemporary plumbing system to serve the school’s sanitation needs.
