But INEC declared anarchy on Nigeria when on Feb 25 2023 Mahmood Yakubu subverted the electoral process by unilaterally deciding not to upload results of presidential election to the IREV and hurriedly went announced it's president select instead of a president elect

The impunity of the Adamawa gubernatorial election is just an upgrade on the impunity of the presidential election. It was also "guaranteed" to meet minimum resistance because the INEC boss had already run the presidential election model of impunity successfully.
