Donald Trump left court in the middle of the day, ranting and raving about the fairness of his civil fraud trial and the political motivations of the judge and prosecutor. Attorney General Letitia James called Trump out for turning his attendance at his own trial into a political stunt and declared, “The Donald Trump show is over.” Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord, co-hosts of the Prosecuting Donald Trump podcast, talk with Alex Wagner about what measures the judge could take next against Trump and why no judge wants to act too late given the possibility of Trump’s words inspiring his supporters to violence.

  1. So if I get a loan and pay it back with interest ..I maybe guilty of fraud ? I wonder if let's say there maybe a judge or a AG from New York that has leverage there assets for a loan ?

  3. Hahaha for MSNBC it will never be over. He is a huge revenue source.
Chairman Jo's dictator ship needs to end and his weaponisig of your judicial system is shameful. In the eyes of the world your government is looked upon as a shameful shell of what it used to be….

  4. A Manhattan jury found two Trump Organization companies guilty on multiple charges of criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records connected to a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives.

  5. I don't think it's a political stunt! I think sadly this is all corrupt to keep Trump from his compaign. This poor man has been persecuted, prosecuted and indicted by people who are biased , hateful and corrupt democrats who only want to put him in jail for 200 years when he did nothing wrong. Do you really think you are fooling the American people? Think again. We are way smarter than you think. Ever heard of karma? What goes around really does come around, but it comes around in a greater amount. I have seen it! So be careful with what you wish!

  6. karma for the poor non criminal hard working immigrants and dreamers he tormented. The tables turned. No man is above the law. Stealing from the public is stealing and it's against the law.

  7. What are examples of authoritarianism?
    -Institutions
-Control of the media by the authoritarian incumbents.
    -Interference with opposition campaigning.
    -Electoral fraud.
    -Violence against opposition.
-Large-scale spending by the state in favor of the incumbents.
-Permitting of some parties, but not others.

  8. You had the option jury trial or a bench trial …. final decision rested with you. You just did the legal equivalent of flipping a quarter., and you lost. Deal with it
