Surveillance video in Ohio shows a three-year-old apparently struck and dangled upside down by a school employee. Moments later, the toddler, who has special needs, is rushed down the hallway before disappearing out of view. NBC News’ Miguel Almaguer has more details.

What a psychopath peice of garbage! He hit that small child with so much force, I'm amazed the baby wasn't knocked out. I hope this man gets what he deserves. To the mother: sue the school, sue the man, sue the whole entire school district if you have too. I don't care who you are, where u live and what problems you have, No one puts their hands near any child!

Only 3 years old, and only the 2nd day of school. This child was already running from this man. What happened before that? I've been driving a school bus for special needs kids for 8 years now. Many of my kids are non-verbal, but that doesn't mean they don't communicate nor that they don't understand me when I communicate (including speaking). Non-verbal communication works well and I use it all the time. If this man had a heart, if he was projecting caring, this child would not be running away. There is no excuse for the violent behavior.
