Mustafa Taher Kasubhai should be voted out or disbarred and never allowed to work as a judge again based on the fact that he is not applying the law fairly based on the evidence shown in this video.
He doesnt seem any more insane than Kavanaugh, the questions being asked arre only about articles he has written referencing interpersonal relationships and comments about the deliberate obtuse language surrounding slavery in the Constitution, they didnt want to offend the slave owners but it meant that they had to backtrack on the statements made in the Declaration of Independance – I was taught that was a fudge when I was in University, and that was long time ago -msurely the thinking hasnt changed that much? Kennedy, who supporters claim is a modest man, well on this showing, he has a great deal to be modest about, seems obsessed with minutae and came with nicely fixed and simplistic views

This is why our country has the problems it has with laws and legislation. Right is wrong and wrong is right it doesn’t make any sense the loss of so much respect and morality, hidden bitterness. It seeps in to judgments as water seeps through cracks. Prayer is all this country needs. Lots of prayer.
