After listening to the transcript because Biden could bearly talk, Forbes once again told a big fat lie in the headline for click bait. Biden never asked about the border. Biden said they were here to talk about Ukraine and then proceeded to thank everyone at least ten times. I guess he completely forgot to talk about Ukraine.
