Declaration of Non-Hostility Towards the State of Israel

I, [Full Name], born on [Date of Birth], holding the passport number [Passport Number], previously residing at [Address], in Gaza, hereby declare under solemn oath:

I do not currently support, nor have I ever supported, acts of aggression, hostility, or terrorism against the State of Israel.

I unequivocally renounce and condemn all violent actions and any form of assistance directed towards Hamas or any other known terrorist organizations.

I have never participated in, nor will I ever participate in, any form of hostility or violent act against the State of Israel or aid those who do.

I solemnly swear, in the name of Allah, with my hand on the Quran, that my intentions are peaceful, and I am not involved in any activities aimed at harming the State of Israel.

I acknowledge the following:

By refusing to sign this document or providing false information therein, I may be taken as a hostile prisoner of war.

As an alternative to being designated a prisoner of war, I may be prohibited from leaving the areas under siege and may not be entitled to protection or assistance from the State of Israel due to my designation as a hostile combatant.

NOTE:
All statements I make here must be read aloud in front of a camera for video logging archive purposes. This video statement may be shared with entities having a vested interest in the security of Israel and in preventing extremism within it

*Note on the Declaration of Non-Hostility Towards the State of Israel:*

Any individual residing in Gaza who chooses not to record and archive their affirmation of the Declaration of Non-Hostility Towards the State of Israel will not be entitled to any form of assistance.

Children, specifically those under the age of 13, are exempt from the requirement to make such a statement. Although visibly pregnant women will be exempt from making the statement at the current moment, they should expect to receive a message by email or text messge in the next 9 months to complete their obligation.

For transparency and in the interest of fostering trust within the international and Muslim communities, it may be deemed beneficial in the future to compile and present these recorded video statements on a publicly accessible and easily searchable website. This verifiable repository will allow for searches based on name and date of birth. As a result, Muslim territories and partners in the region will be able to verify and ascertain the number of individuals who have made their declarations.
