A year after the inauguration of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, he’s yet to appoint a chief of staff. This, however, has not prevented the efficiency of his government, according to the Director-General of EKSU Alumni Support Group for BAO, Reverend Biyi Fashoyin. He’s certain that the second year of BAO’s administration will be better than the first.
