The Lagos State Parks and Garages Administrators has maintained its position that the National Industrial Court of Nigeria judgment of April 18, 2023, does not affect its legality and operations.
The body was reacting to calls by the Lagos Chapter of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria that the Lagos State Government should obey the court and approve its reinstatement.
But, LASPAGA told journalists at it’s secretariat in Akesan that, the formation and existence of its ad-hoc committee were never in dispute before the court.
