Let the money stay in nigeria, 63 years after independence, nigerians are smart and can build anything if given a chance, they must start building underground culverts instead of concrete drains, and nigerians must learn to maintain their roads and other governments properties, civil servants must do their job, nigerians must keep nigeria clean, nigeria now looks like an un kept glorified village without power, water, street lights, lakes must be built to take water from culverts. They have no government systems that work like Singapore which is a poor country without minerals.
