The Supreme Court, has reserved its judgment on an appeal filed by the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, challenging the nullification of his election by the Court of Appeal.
A five-member panel of the apex court, led by Justice InyangOkoro, reserved the appeal for judgment, after parties argued their case and adopted their processes.
