Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by the APC and its governorship candidate Ovie Omo-Agege challenging the election of Sheriff Oborevwori as governor of Delta State.
The court also dismissed the appeals filed by the SDP and Labour Party.
Delivering the judgment, a five-member panel led by Justice John Okoro held that the appellants were unable to discharge the burden of proof placed on them by law
