This is a wonderful wonderful initiative, helping the previously displaced to settle through back to farm approach with assistance in technology and inputs. Kudos to the present Governor and kudos to our very own Dr Kachalla of Lake Chad Research Institute Maiduguri, for bravely doing well in this loudable initiative I believe it will go a long way in not only for the Livelihoods of the people there but to food production as well
