The Lagos Yoruba political leaders on myriad occasions threatened, killed and destroyed Igbo lives and properties for many following a different political party. The Oba had threatened to cast them into the sea. In February 2023 elections properties and lives mainly belonging to the Igbo were destroyed. They offer Igbo coastal areas, swamps and difficult areas which extract billions in monetary cost to make these places livable. This happens knowing that after a few years they are told by the State government live the location in order to make way for drainage, new foreign investments and for other excuses such as sanitary conditions etc. This is without compensation. The Lagos State government gives Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or title to lands, collecting huge amounts of money from the Igbo. They look the other way as people construct huge buildings from the foundation to the rooftop at great cost over months and years. If C of Os were issued by corrupt people, the government never arrests or prosecutes anyone. Worse is that they deliberately allow construction knowing the Igbo people there will lose their wealth in an avoidable waste of resources. After, the criminals Bola Tinubu and Sanwo Olu sanction unjust demolition of these Igbo properties. There must be justice for destroying Igbo properties in Lagos without compensation. These are devilish politicians who had been sustained by proceeds from Igbo-Oil, Igbo-investments and taxes like much of the Zoo. This is economic sabotage and economic Jihad against the Igbos.
