The Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki says Delta State as the economic backbone of the then Bendel State can engender good governance and prosperity for her citizens by strengthening its civil and public service taking into cognizance its abundance of natural resources. Mr. Obaseki was speaking at a retreat for civil commissioners, Heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies, and other state functionaries organized by the Delta State Government.
