You can't ARREST anybody just because another person wrote a petition against them. You are innocent until proven guilty. Coming with battalion of police men, with guns, with handcuffs, with assault vehicles means you are already criminalizing the person.

All the police need to do is to INVITE him to come and explain his own side of the story. And if there is a genuine grounds established that the law has been broken, move the case to the courts and let the courts judge the person innocent or guilty!

We need to get sense in this country!
