Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of the Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State, has sentenced five men tried for cyber-stalking and defrauding the former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Timothy Owoeye, of 38 million naira. The convicted fellows had in 2018, accused Owoeye of coming to their community to perform a ritual in a viral 13-second nude video.
