I can see all focus is still on phase 1, I hope if it is completed and people see the beauty, they will be mived to invest massively in phase 2 to acquire land and build
Most of what we call an estate in the state will be good as a farm land.
I can't see one thing that made this place a city or an estate.
Govt should focus on upgrading our existing infrastructure,than all this encroachment,
Chinedu this entrance road was awarded by Peter Obi when he was Governor, that was when this area was called Greenwood city. The project was awarded to TAMAD construction company. He wanted to build the three Arm zone in this area, but when Obi left office Obiano came in and renamed it millennium city, He then abandoned this particular road. There were about three to four different roads Obi awarded to open up this entire area, but Obiano abandoned all of them including the the Ikenga shopping mall along ziks avenue
There's another entrance to the three-arm zone that contract was then awarded to IDC construction company to build the Governors lodge, New government house, House of Assembly complex, and judiciary headquarters, the construction was very massive then, but Willie Obiano abandoned everything when he was Governor, even though Obi awarded those projects few months before he left office
This area look more organize and fast developing. Even thou there are still bushes around but you can see the potentials if fully developed.

The developer is not serious, big name with nothing to show. It is just another normal Nigerian new dirty city that will come out of that area. Why not develop the infrastructures before issuing permit for buildings to be erected? If I decide to buy and build, how do I drive into the building? You guys act be4 you reason and it's wrong. You people must learn to reason be4 you act.

That massive building before the entrance should be the shopping mall under construction and is different from the main shopping mall at agu awka
Road infrastructure is what attract people more than any other thing. This developers should visit Abuja to learn how it is done.
