  1. Chinedu thanks so much.
U have virtually said all I wnt to say..
I hope the govt can see need for the amendment.

For me I see a solid road for what it used to be,a road with cement stabilization..
But I dnt knw justification for the open drainage systems.

The work is moving, cos the majors aspect of road construction has been done, that's the drainage systems.
The remaining one be done within a month , depends on the stretch of the road.

Road sweepers should employ immediately ,to keep the roads checked from sand filling.

  2. Kudos to soludo on dis ,.. if he can deploy means of keeping d raods clean after comoletion it will go a long way. And i hope d gutter will be able to contain erosion during heavy rain . All d way Weldon to d governor hes doing well

  3. Apart from cost l think time wasted waiting on imported asphalt could be constributing to the slow pace of work. And everytime naira devalues the price of asphalt goes up,which result in vop of project. This is partly the reason Nigeria should focus on concrete roads, apart from durability,we have all the material needed locally, less time wasted,no foreign exchange required…This job would have gone further than this if it was done on rigid pavement. They need to incorporate walkways, inner city roads is not complete without walkways. They need to clean the environment and plant more trees and grasses..A bushy area is still better and healthy than dusty and dirty environment. Thank you.

  4. Yangalife. You're doing a good job. Seriously, the governors of igbo land need to meet together with the opposition party leaders to formulate and agree to a ten emergency infrastructure commitment. They need to meet annually to review their progress. When I watch your videos, I don't see any road sweepers at work. No mass sweeping of our roads and streets. It is a big shame. The governors and local government leaders need to put down the egusi soup and pounded yam and get our roads to be the best in Nigeria.
