Eighty-five were killed in an air strike by the Nigerian Army at Tudun Biri village in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State, in one of the country’s deadliest military bombing accidents.
The North-West zonal spokesman of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Halima Suleiman, told Channels Television that 66 other victims were also injured in Sunday’s bombing.
She said the fatality figure was gotten from the local authorities after the burial of the victims on Monday.
“The Northwest Zonal Office has received details from the local authorities that 85 dead bodies have so far been buried while a search is still ongoing,” NEMA said.
However, emergency officials were still negotiating with community leaders to calm tensions to be able to reach the village.

Systematically, these are Boko Haram terrorists, Bandits, ISWAP, ISIS, AL-QUAIDA, Hezbollah, Hamas etc in Nigerian military uniform operating fighter Jets in a no-war zone thereby killing innocent people. I personally, think they are also forcefully spreading the Islam (Jihad) unannounced. A country's military might has continued to behave this way most times (Bombing unarmed citizens of her own country). So sad. They bombed Benue, Jos, Southern Kaduna, they told U it was mechanical, technical and nautical error ( Deception and Lies). They know what they are doing. It's a big 'Shame' to the military. The other day they (military) attacked either Adamawa or Zamfara police station; the IGP cried out and said Nigeria military acted like Boko Haram terrorists of which some of them are. The same military are 'Deploying fighter Jets in South East Nigeria' they told U that is insecurity in the South East Nigeria' which they are creating. Now, ask them why are they not deploying these military equipment ( Tucano jets, Artillery, Armoured Tanks, sophiscated guns etc in the Boko Haram, Bandits, terrorists dominated areas in the Northern Nigeria. God bless Biafra Liberation Army, Biafra Resistance Fighters, Biafra Naval Officers, Airforce etc. for combating them in the East.
