Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki has urged newly appointed commissioners in the state to strengthen the reforms by his administration to make a difference in their new task.
Mr. Obaseki stated this during a one -day on boarding programme for the commissioners with the theme, finishing strong.
